Nice to see two of our destinations on this list of places to go in 2016: Andalusia (Southern Spain) and Croatia! And two from our 2015 adventures as well (Scotland and Bhutan).

A lovely little slideshow recapping Venture Out’s 18th year of operating distinctive gay tour-group vacations around the world in a small-group, upscale format. See where we went and what we did — and what we ate! Images here come from our travels in France, Scotland, Italy, Southern Africa, and Japan.
What happens when a couple of gay American tourists ask people on the street in Spain to translate a letter that they received from a homophobic hostel they intended to stay at? Watch this video.
Spain has made remarkable progress in gay rights in such a short period of time. And we’re delighted to continue our very popular tour “Andalucia — Soulful Southern Spain” in April 2016. This region of Spain oozes charm and beauty and culture, and some would avow enthusiastically that Andalucia exudes the true soul of Spain.
Our trip leader was a fantastic guide and really made the trip a unique travel experience. His great personality and fantastic sense of humor really counted for a lot. He’s an excellent tour leader and his love for Andalucía comes out in everything he does. His energy and sense of humor were perfect. I really appreciated that he kept each day exciting and full of adventure. He kept things light and fun, but still imparted an amazing amount of information about the history and culture of the places we visited… Also, good restaurants that gave us the full panoply of the tastes of Spain… I really appreciate all the effort and thought you put into creating your itineraries and trips. I know there isn’t any part of the trip that you haven’t chosen with care or left to chance. For me, that definitely doesn’t go unnoticed.
